Indoor Space - High speed wifi (~317mbps per speed test) - perfect for working remotely and streaming - 65-inch 4K Roku smart TV where you can stream content from any platform (ie Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) for which you have a subscription. - 32-inch HD 720p Roku smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms. - Modern & equipped kitchen with a stocked coffee and tea bar - Kid-friendly amenities: indoor toy box and books, outdoor games, kid plates/cups/utensils, playpen, baby/toddler dining chair - Board games and outdoor games in the front closet - 1 full bathroom with essentials - Dining area for 6 - Free in-home laundry Sleeping Arrangements - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed - 1 bedroom with 1 king bed - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed - 1 air mattress (could set up in living room or possibly in one of the bedrooms if there is space) - 1 pack n' play (can be set up in any room, photos show set up in bedroom 2) - All mattresses are green tea memory foam except for one queen pillow top mattress, the air mattress, and the pack n' play - All bedrooms have blackout curtains Outdoor Space - Fire pit (Solo Stove brand) - Hammock - Propane grill - Outdoor games including giant Jenga, Ladderball, velcro catch/throw mits, and corn hole (located in front closet) - Privacy fence and string lights - There is no longer a hot tub available for use Parking - Easily space for 3 vehicles wide in the driveway. There are no cameras or audio recordings inside the home. - This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we have Minut decibel monitors (cannot record or transmit audio) which are located inside near the living room and outside near the patio/side door and near fire pit area. They are always on, including during your stay. These decibel sensors have been endorsed by Airbnb as a way to detect and deter parties, loud music, etc, which are against our house rules, Airbnb platform rules, and local laws.
